- Meet regulatory requirements, as required by the customer
- Procure the analyte through Aviva development or supplied by the customer
- Procure the antibody through Aviva development or supplied by the customer
- Procure appropriate Control Samples; provide recommendations on appropriate Control Samples, if requested
- Determine the dilution factor for antibody and analyte and perform antibody conjugation labeling
- Determine the dilution factor for Samples, Standards, and Controls
- Determine incubation times and temperatures
- Determine acceptance criteria based on data analysis

ELISA Validation Services

Our ELISA Validation services include:
- Draft a Validation Protocol with input from the customer's QA and Regulatory personnel.
- Document all sample requirements including blinding, procurement, accessioning, testing, storage, and retention.
- Perform Validation testing, according to the Validation Protocol
- Report the Validation Results and provide a Summary Report including data analysis
- Comply with ISO/GMP requirements, as defined by the customer
- Comply with customer supplier qualification requirements, such as supplier audit, as defined by the customer.
